Tender process management

Our tender process management service will include some, or all of the following (subject to agreement):

• Arrangement of tender launches, review and settlement meetings;
• Preparation and distribution of tender programme and deliverables;
• Arrangement and facilitation of design team meetings and workshops;
• Arrangement and chairing of sub-contractor workshops;
• Arrangement and chairing of opportunity and risk workshops;
• Preparation of progress reports to the Project Director;
• Input into sub-contractor selection, package scope and deliverables;
• Management of site visits and liaison with the employer’s agent;
• Management of the Request for Information schedule;
• Management of the Contractors Proposal document;
• Management of the clarifications to the contract conditions;
• Alignment of sub-contract conditions with main contract conditions;
• Management and input into the preparation and pricing of preliminaries;
• Management and input into the identification and pricing of design gaps;
• Management and input into the identification and pricing of design opportunity and value engineering schedule.
