Measurement

Muxeries Consulting generates accurate Bills of Quantities, which highlight the risks and opportunities identified during the measurement process. Bills are presented in Excel format, with a four or five column pricing layout. These can be emailed as each section is completed or as a complete package. Bills can be measured in accordance with either the ‘Standard Method of Measurement 7’ or, “New Rules of Measurement” (NRM1-3) alternatively, in general builders’ quantities.

Our estimators, with their design and build experience, can bridge design gaps where necessary, and/or raise the required Requests for Information (RFIs) to enable a full and complete measure. Where full design information is lacking, our team has the ability and experience to facilitate a workable and economical solution.
